Unless there is an exceptional circumstance you will always keep the therapist allocated to you. If for any reason this needs to change you will be contacted to discuss reasons, options and any other circumstances. 

All of our Occupational Therapists are qualified and HCPC registered - you can search for our therapists on the HCPC search for a therapist page

We are based in Doncaster central, Retford - Nottinghamshire, Doncaster north and Newquay, Cornwall. We also cover surrounding regions. Mileage and travel costs apply for assessment and intervention outside of based areas. We can cover further locations subject to availability and travel and mileage costs.

 We currently do not hold a waiting list for assessment. Once you have signed your engagement form for service we will complete indirect aspects of the assessment within 2 working days. The direct assessment is typically within 2-4 weeks and then the report is finalised within 3 weeks. Typically from the point of you agreeing to our service you can expect a finalised report within 4-8 weeks. 

We currently hold a waiting list for SI therapy, however we are likely to have more availability from September 2023 once our clinic opens. 

We work families, local authorities, schools, case managers, solicitors, social workers and adoption and fostering agencies.

We typically work with infants, children, adolescents and young people however our Occupational Therapists have experience across the lifespan. 

Yes, as a company we ensure all of our employees are insured to carry out the work required

All of our therapists have up to date training in safeguarding, health and safety and hold a DBS certificate. Our therapists also ensure that any training updates are completed
